We accept cash (no change or rolled coins ,please), Apple pay, Samsung pay, contactless payment, and all major credit cards. We DO NOT accept checks.

We offer payment plans in the form of Scratchpay and Care Credit. Click on either of the images below to find the best plan for your needs! 

Please note: If you are using a Care Credit card, the person whos name is on the card MUST be in the clinic and present at time of check out with their state issued photo ID. There are no acceptions to this policy.
